INVITES YOU
between Feb 18-March 1, 2021
includes “The Church” and the Grange Hall, two sweet buildings, each with their own unique character. Both spaces are large and inviting.
The Church Sanctuary is a ceremonial space with a community kitchen. This is where we will journey, lounge, cook, feast and dream.
morning breath of fire & chanting, cooking class with Lillian, medicine journey, sound journey/gong bath, co-lab sound circles, Tarot reading, writing group, hiking, yoga, clay, drawing, community meals... & ANYTHING ELSE WE CO-CREATE
The former Grange hall houses an 1800 square foot open space with 14 foot ceilings, front porch, a cozy writing nook, and a stage. This is a great place to play. There is room to dance, stretch or paint! And anything else we want to co-create.
The surrounding area offers easy beautiful strolls down country roads, along the majestic hillside, a winding brook and the fantastic Wantastuk River. Longer hikes are a short drive away.

Lillian Chou is a Brooklyn-born Chinese American cook whose first job was in her aunt’s Chinese restaurant in New Jersey. She is a French-trained cook who lived in Beijing for nearly a decade and has lived in Seoul, Osaka and Singapore. Some of her best experiences have been cooking with Michelin-starred chefs in fancy restaurants, toasting spices over cow dung in India and foraging with Chinese farmers for Alice Waters. She is a former pastry chef and was a food editor for Gourmet and Time Out Beijing. She is China’s first farm-to-table organic school lunch lady and has been transformed through ayurveda and traditional Chinese medicine. Lillian believes the start to healing everything is to change your diet. @Lililbeijing
Vermont has the lowest numbers in the country. Let’s keep it that way. Limiting your contacts for a week before is an opportunity to prepare for your retreat by going inward. Spend solo time journaling, walking, and focusing on healthy foods. Get a negative COVID test before you arrive.
